design, digitalHow do you promote a 5 star luxury destination with the only Forbes 5-star restaurant award in Texas? You elevate food into art. In collaboration between MindEnsemble with award-wining Relais & Châteaux luxury ranch resort, FoodArt campaign demonstrated food as a pleasure and an art.
Securing The Inn at Dos Brisas’s national reputation as a “culinary sanctuary” is the ultimate goal. At our latest photoshoot, we portrayed culinary in a new perspective to tell a story, and evoke emotions. The campaign created and subsequently demonstrated a thoughtful approach to elevating The Inn at Dos Brisas brand and food through campaign imagery. The project reached out to foodies and social media influencers to be part of the story telling, to share their photos and videos.

The FoodArt campaign demonstrated the high level of culinary expertise at Dos Brisas worthy amongst the best chefs in the world. As a form of art, food is on a level with painting or drama, and treated with the proper respect. Throughout the project, we used only natural ingredients from the kitchen and organic gardens to keep to the all natural, fresh and organic concept embraced at Dos Brisas. Edible corals made with bread dough and homemade colourings from black squid ink, tea, spices, fruits and vegetables.
